This page is dedicated to letting my mom know how much she truly means to me and to my daughter.

My mother is a courageous and strong woman who has come through all obstacles with her true sense of self intact.

She is a lady by definition and wouldn't dream of intentionally hurting anyone. She is repectful and polite. My mother is an angel in disguise. She has a big heart and shares her warmth and love to everyone who knows her.

She has been my worst enemy at times, but has always rised above and stood beside me as my friend. I love you forever and for always mommy dearest.

To My Mother on My First Mother's Day

Now I could get you roses, and buy you a card
I could pick out a little gift to say I love you
It wouldn't be that hard

I could simply write I love you in a note
And if we were casting ballots for the greatest mother
You know you would surely get my vote.

But how do you thank a woman
For all the things you shunned her for?
Like truly caring and showing me the door.

There was years of anger built up in my heart
And when I started looking in
I didn't know where to start?

I wanted to be angry and fight it 'til the end
It took years of hurting
to see you were my friend

But just so you know I can clearly see
That you were doing what you thought
Was the absolute best for me.

And I know I didn't thankyou
Even though I wish I had
I was just too good at being bad

Now I have a daughter who will surely look to see
Just how I learned
To be the best mother I possibly could be

And I will point in your direction for her to see
That it is you who is the greatest mother
That there possibly could be

One Day Mom.......

I have big dreams for you, one day one of us will win a huge lottery and we can drive around in ridiculously fancy cars, have gorgeous servants waiting on our hand and foot (Auntie Francesca would definitely be included in this.)

And I am sure Bob would like a new boat, one to fit all of the people he holds nearest and dearest to his heart.

And for the rest of your life I hope you will know happiness, with or without the lottery.

I hope you find peace in everything you do.

And I hope you accept my sincerest apologies for all the hell I caused you early on in our lives.

And I hope that Jade sees in you the fabulous woman I see, you truly are the best Mom!!
